Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND PICK UP POLICY

Shipping Policy: 

-Shipping is calculated at checkout

- All orders are shipped through USPS

- Please allow 1-3 business days (not including weekends) for your order to be processed and 5-7 business days for your order to arrive. 

- A tracking number will be provided to you after your order is shipped. Please keep in mind that Toxica Lashes is not responsible for delivery delays due to holidays, weather, and undeliverable/incorrect addresses provided by customers

-Once tracking number is provided we are not responsible for stolen and/or damaged items. 

- Please make sure you add the correct address to your order so no items are returned.

Pick-up Policy:

- A pick-up option will be available at checkout.

-  Address to the pick-up location is given at checkout.

- Once your pick-up order is processed, and ready to be picked up, you will receive a message and/or email with the information you need. Make sure you have proof of your confirmation order number when you arrive at the location.

- Pick-ups are only available to those who are local and are willing to drive to the location. Location pick up is located in Tacoma, WA
